To ensure all members and guests have access to our wellness services, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the value of the booked service.
No shows or missed appointments without notice will also be charged a 30% fee of the scheduled service.
Members using included sessions or weekly cold plunge visits may have the session deducted from their membership allotment if proper notice is not provided.
We understand that emergencies happen. The Wellness House reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion in the event of illness, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
